Circle Ritual for Healing & Inner Peace — Our hearts with the Middle East (1)

We offer this Circle Ritual for Healing and Inner Peace because we feel deeply moved by the conflict in the Middle East. Not only because we have friends living in its epicentre, but also because we realise that our inner state of heart impacts the heart of the world.

The circle is open to all those who want to explore the relationship between this outer conflict and our own inner conflicts. We have the choice not to choose sides.

The facilitation will be in English. Expression in any language is welcome. Silence is also a language.

The questions in the middle of our circle:

What can I change internally that will have a healing effect externally? How can I recognise and bridge the dividing forces within myself, so that something new can emerge outside of myself?

The circle ritual will be facilitated by Circles - We have the choice. Asaf Ben-Shahar will open and close the space with a guided meditation.

Participation in this circle ritual is free, while donations from the heart are appreciated. All donations will go to the organisation “Standing-together” helping both the Israelis and Palestinians who lost their loved ones or homes.
